- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Google account
4. Unlimited Usage & Fair Use Policy
Our paid plans may offer “unlimited” image generation. However, this is subject to fair usage limits to ensure service quality for all users.
- Usage may be limited per hour or per day
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary restrictions
- Automated or bot usage is strictly prohibited
- Limits are applied to prevent misuse, abuse, or system overload
5. Image Generation & Usage
- You are responsible for the content you generate
- You must not create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- We do not guarantee accuracy of generated images
6. Data & Image Storage
- We store only AI-generated output images
- Input images are not permanently stored
- Generated images may be stored for up to 2 months
- You can delete images anytime from within the app
7. Intellectual Property
App content and technology belong to Nano Banana. Users retain rights to their generated images.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from app use or generated content.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
